I keep a vegetarian kitchen, beca...I do like meat. I keep a vegetarian kitchen, because as you point out, it is much easier to keep kosher if you're vegetarian. This makes work easier: the office manager asks the drug reps to bring in vegetarian meals (for me and for an Indian nurse). <BR/><BR/>It's not an animal liberation thing for me at all. <BR/><BR/>And I must confess that I have a set of fleishig dishes off of which I eat takeout: take out burgers, take out chicken.
